What the F**K is that noise!!! If your not afraid of standing out from the crowd this is the dump valve for you. The Granny Scarer has been recorded at over 150 dB, and is officially the loudest one out there. The TurboXS Blow off Valve- Type H-RFL relieves compressor pressure surge caused by changing gears or backing off the throttle quickly. This valve is an extremely important part of any turbo system allowing quicker turbo spool up between gear changes and greatly increasing the life of the turbocharger.
The BOV Type H-RFL is recommernded for meduim turbo charged engines running up to 40 psi boost. Each valve is individually tested to hold 50 lbs. of boost. Sizing of the valve is based on flow and not boost pressure.
It is fully adjustable by adding packer washers included in the kit. The high grade aircarft aluminum body provides out standing looks and superior corrision resistance.
